To impart information to agents and to the community about the importance of documentation needed to live in and operate a community governed by a Homeowners Association. Committee Chair(s):   Eileen Stern Prudential California-Benicia Community Relations Promotes public understanding of the term REALTOR® by conducting and participating in activities and events with the community thru articles/press releases, etc., that help promote the REALTOR® image. Committee Chair(s):   Pamela Heaster Hamann Real Estate Education Recommends and coordinates education seminars, courses and classes for continued education credits to renew license and general information regarding real estate. Committee Chair(s):   Connie Kennon-Mackey Kennon Realty Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Increases membership awareness of Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity within the community. Also acts as liaison with H.U.D. Coordinates with local high schools for credit scoring classes. Encourages REALTOR® and Affiliate membership, recruits, encourages active membership participation in the association and showing the benefits of membership.
