Vallejo/ American Canyon Tour Information

Weekly Marketing Sessions start at 8:30 am and are held each Wednesday at the Association Offices, 1302 Springs Rd. Vallejo, Ca. Tour is for ACTIVE listings only.

Homes for the SAOR MLS Tour are pulled directly from the BAREIS Rappatoni MLS System at NOON the Tuesday before the tour date. You must be at the Weekly Marketing Session to announce availability of your house or the property will be scratched. If you would like to add a property to the tour, you may do so after the homes on the tour sheet are announced.

If you arrive at the Weekly Marketing Session late and the tour has already been called, your house will be scratched, and you will not be able to add it back on. In other words, be on time. Please advise the property owners that Realtors (Agents) will be touring their home from 9:30am until noon. Every agent is responsible for the security and safety of the homes. Please make sure homes are locked after touring.

Adding a home to the SAOR tour:

1. Log into the MLS System. From the Listings drop-down menu, choose View/Revise Your Listings. All of your active listings will display.
2. Next to the desired listing number, click the Revise icon.
3. In the Revise Listing menu, under Listing Information, click Broker Tour Dates.
4. Enter the information. Enter the date, time, etc. The date is the actual date of tour.
5. Click Submit.
